Jacquemus to present men's collection in Marseille

On June 25, one day after the closure of the Paris men's fashion week, Marseille will host the men's fashion debut from French label Jacquemus. 

As is his style, the French designer chose Instagram, where his account boasts 527,000 followers, to make the announcement. One month ago, again on social media, Jacquemus revealed the show date and said that it would take place in his native south of France.

While the designer did not reveal the show's exact location in Marseille, he did reveal the name of his first collection: Gadjo.

"'Gadjo' is a gypsy expression meaning a man that belong [sic] to no community. Its [sic] also a way to say boy in the south of France," explained Jacquemus.
