The English agency specializing in community management continues its international expansion by opening an office in New York. It adds to those it holds in London, Paris, Milan, Munich, Singapore, Sydney and Sao Paulo.

The New York offices were officially opened on March 6, and will be directed by Leila Thabet. This eighth office brings the number of continents on which the agency operates to a total of five. The agency develops business communications strategies using social networks. This is an area in which many brands lack experience, as discussed at a professional conference in this regard.
