Sustainable marketplace Kool and Konscious launches in the UK

A new online platform offering a wide selection of sustainable fashion has launched in the UK.

Founded in Hong Kong in May 2019, Kool and Konscious says it brings together the world’s largest selection of sustainable and ethically sourced fashion products.

With 28 designers currently available on the site, new brands are being added every week across womenswear and menswear. In total, the online marketplace has signed over 200 brands, including Mother Erth and Kozha Numbers plus up-and-coming British designers, Tobefrank, Gaia London and Lora Gene.

All supplier information is disclosed, providing complete transparency of the creation process of every piece sold on site.

Additionally, customers can use an ‘On Demand’ made-to-order service from multiple brands such as Kozha Numbers and Gnana Studio, to ensure their pieces are unique and made with very little waste.

“It is often thought sustainable clothing can’t be sexy, modern or beautiful,” said
brand Eva Vucheva, who co-founded the brand with Boryana Uzunova, a Forbes 30 Under 30 2019 honoree.

“At Kool and Konscious, we fight this preconceived notion by providing customers with the very best in stylish, sustainable, ethical and conscious fashion. From vegan swimwear and re-recycled T-shirts to plastic-free jumpsuits and up-cycled blazers, Kool and Konscious has all fashion-bases covered.”

Prices range from £25-£500.
