Richard Pennycook, who announced plans to step down as CEO of Co-operative Group last week, is to join department store group Fenwick as its new chairman. He will be the first non-family member to chair the UK business.
Wesfarmers, Australia's largest retail group, said on Wednesday that first-half profits were better-than-expected, gaining 13.2% on last year. The group has also appointed a new CEO, former Olympian Rob Scott.
Roberts and Dorer have been elected to the company Board of Directors, effective February 14. Dorer currently serves as CEO of Clorox, and Roberts will retire from her role as SVP and CFO of International Paper in March.
