Russian beauty shop heads to Los Angeles, Germany and Asia

A new multi brand cosmetics and beauty shop founded by Russian beauty entrepreneur Andrey Trubnikov is slated to open in the US under the name Organic Shop.

The Organic Shop will offer affordable organic cosmetics including Russian favorite "Recipes of Granny Agafia". The brand is a popular natural cosmetics line in Russia that is also manufactured by Trubnikov's company. The Organic Shop will be a multibrand chain with the first US store opening in Los Angeles in 2018.

Pervoe Reshenie is the parent company, also owned by Trubnikov. It began operating retail cosmetics stores in Moscow in 2010. The full network of its stores consists of 28 shops across 15 Russian cities. The Russian stores carry over 100 brands.

It now plans to launch the Organic Shop globally first with a German launch in early 2018, followed by Japan, Singapore and Taiwan in spring and summer of next year. The Los Angeles store is slated to open in summer of 2018.

In preparation of US operations, the Organic Shop LLC was formed this month as a Delaware LLC. It will roll out stores in the US with an initial investment of $100 million dollars.
