Kith takes 'Treats' concept abroad to Japan

Kith opened this week its first Kith Treats location outside of the US at 1-19- 14 Jinnan, Shibuya-ku in Tokyo, Japan.
 

Ronnie Fieg took to social media to announce the opening of the Tokyo location two days before he announced a collaboration with NBA star LeBron James and NBA Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen.
 
The new Tokyo location is a cereal bar and café, offering cereal ice cream swirls and cereal milkshakes, as well as non-edible Kith Treats t-shirts that feature the four Kith Treats locations: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Miami and Tokyo.

Kith Tokyo is reminiscent of the New York City-based lifestyle brand’s Brooklyn Treats location design, maintaining design elements such as modern stainless steel tiles on the location’s façade, and Carrara marble walls and stainless steel millwork in the interior. In addition, the store’s shutters feature a large graphic of milk pouring into a bowl.
