It's a 10 names former Moroccanoil and Living Proof exec as EVP of Global Sales

It's a 10 Haircare has named beauty industry veteran David Rosenblatt as executive vice president of global sales. He will be tasked with both growing the brand in the US as well as driving international growth.

Rosenblatt's experience spans sales, marketing and product development. Prior to joining It's a 10, he was CEO of Wake Up to Beauty LLC, a California-based holding company for beauty brands including Das Boom and Level Naturals, two PETA-approved cruelty-free beauty brands.

Rosenblatt spent two years as a general manager at Moroccanoil, leading the company's North American business. He was also a business consultant for Saks, working with their master license holder to set up three salons in South Africa.

Carolyn Aronson, CEO and founder of It's a 10, said, "I have incredible confidence in the work that David will be doing to grow the company and put down long-awaited roots in international markets."

It's a 10 is a female-led, Fort Lauderdale-based professional haircare brand distributed through salons and beauty supply stores around the world. 

Rosenblatt's appointment is effective immediately.
