Hudson’s Bay launches Teva footwear collaboration

The Hudson’s Bay signature stripes are back again and this time they are making an appearance on a collection of footwear. 

The Canadian retailer has teamed up with global footwear brand Teva on a limited-edition footwear collection featuring two sandal styles for men and women.

 
“This first-ever Hudson’s Bay x Teva collaboration brings to life a unique sense of exploration and independent spirit that sits at the core of both iconic brands,” said Maggie Winkel, General Manager at Teva, in a news statement. “There is no short supply of heritage between both brands, which makes this collaboration special and unique for our fans.”
 
The two styles include the Original Universal and Flip styles by Teva and feature a leather topsole, rubber outsoles and the iconic Hudson’s Bay Company stripes on the webbing straps.

The Hudson’s Bay Company Collection “The Stripes” has appeared on several internationally recognized brands in the past including Lacoste, Smythe, Gloverall, Herschel Supply, and Erdem. The retailer’s signature stripes can be found on everything from blankets and mugs, to jackets and scarves.
 
The styles will retail between $75 to $99 CDN and is now exclusively available at Hudson’s Bay stores in Canada and thebay.com. The collection will also be available on the Teva European site later this month.
