Dover Street Market to open Balenciaga Copyshop in London

​Dover Street Market London is set to open a 'Balenciaga Copyshop' where customers can print personalised t-shirts featuring graphics from the luxury fashion house.

Opening on November 30, the pop-up concept will allow visitors to design their own t-shirts by choosing from a library of Balenciaga graphics and logo types via computer touch-screens and select their placement.

Two work stations at Dover Street Market will be transformed into the office-style printing facility, with the resulting creations printed instantly.

The products, for men and women, will be available in white, grey, black, red and two alternative fits, and a message reading ‘BALENCIAGA DO IT YOURSELF Ts’ will featured on the back of the t-shirts.

To celebrate the copy shop, Dover Street Market will launch an exclusive colour of the Balenciaga Triple S sneaker on November 30 worldwide. A sculpture from the artist Mark Jenkins and video screens will further elevate the installation at DSM’s London store.

The Balenciaga Copyshop builds on a similar project rolled out by the brand at the Parisian concept store Colette in June. Titled Balenciaga Copy Centre, the pop-up invited customers to customise a limited number of t-shirts and hoodies with a selection of digital graphics.
